Product description

Pasteurized frozen liquid whole egg. 1 kilogram  of frozen melange corresponds to 20-24 fresh eggs.

Storage

Keep in a clean and well ventilated area.

At temperature < -18 ˚C: 15 months.

At temperature < -12 ˚C: 10 months.

At temperature < -6 ˚C: 6 months.

 

Packaging

Aluminium aseptic bag with spout, in a carton box. 20 kg net weight.
